As the Managing Director of Terminus Developers, he is making significant strides in the business world.
A budding entrepreneur and investor, Mr Reddy has successfully completed a landmark project under the mentorship of his uncle, Mr SP Reddy. Together, they developed the first-ever mixed-use commercial complex in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, encompassing an impressive 1 million square feet.
Mr Satyajit Reddy also serves as the President of the Young Entrepreneurs' Association (YEA), where he actively promotes the association's mission to "Meet, Connect, and Grow." His leadership fosters connections and growth opportunities within the entrepreneurial community, embodying the spirit of innovation and collaboration.

Coming from the arena of governement services, Mr.S.N.Reddy served as a motor vehicle inspector in joint Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He was also conferred as the president of United Andhra motor vehicle inspectors and vice president of all India motor vehicles inspectors.
He has been instrumental in envisioning the growth of Terminus developers and stands as a pillar in smooth diversification of Terminus Developers into different arenas successfully. His unwavering commitment and discipline has helped Terminus Developers reach where it is right now.
Mr.S.P Reddy - Advisor of Terminus Developers
Mr S. P. Reddy, the founding pillar and now an esteemed advisor for the Terminus Developers, is a successful entrepreneur, active philanthropist, and investor with a diverse background in Information Technology, Federal Government, and Real Estate Development.
His education includes a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Mysore, India and a a master’s degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University, Alabama.
His first venture into business started in 1995 when he founded the enGenius Consulting Group in Atlanta, USA. Now with more than 25 successful years, 250 employees and 30 locations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and five countries outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) he has been serving it as the Chairman and CEO.
He started the Terminus Group in 2007 after he relocated to India. His guidance and business expertise have led the company to incredible success in the past decades.
Mr Reddy has received numerous awards for his professional and philanthropic contributions. He is also known for leading philanthropic initiatives such as IMPACT, Sparsh, and the AIG Rural Outreach Program.

Mr Swapnil Sahu, Advisor at Terminus Developers, is a visionary leader dedicated to revolutionising the construction industry through technology.
Holds a B.Arch. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. With a rich background as an Architect, Project Manager, client, and innovation entrepreneur, he believes that the true potential of construction professionals is unlocked through adaptable and affordable tech solutions.
